A bike testing day is the best way to set your bike up for racing. Amongst other ACU and FIM licenced riders - you are guaranteed quality track time.
You'll be able to perfect tyre set-ups, acclimatise to circuit conditions and familiarise yourself with the race track prior to your race. Unlike trackdays, lap timing and data-logging is permitted.
The day will be run in alternating sessions, with breaks in between to make adjustments to your bike. The session timetable for your event will normally be sent out to you the day before the event but you will receive the following track time:
• AM bookings will typically recieve 3 * 20 minute sessions of track time
• PM bookings will typically recieve 3 * 15 minute sessions of track time
• Sidecar bookings will typically receive 3 * 15 minute sessions of track time
Please note - you can book both AM and PM sessions for a full day's testing.
A 105dB(A) noise limit will be in place for this event, all Pre 1973 bikes will be noise tested in accordance with the ACU stroke distance/mean piston speed chart found on page 89 of the 2010 ACU handbook.
